Tepache (Fermented Pineapple Drink)

Ingredients: 1 Pineapple (organic is best but not necessary); 1 8 oz Piloncillo block or 1 cup brown sugar (compacted); 2 Cinnamon sticks; Bottled water; 2-3 Cloves (optional). I don't like cloves so I don't use them.; Gallon glass container; Lid/w airlock or lint free dishcloth or coffee filter and rubber band.; 5-6 16 oz Brewers bottles. You can also use any glass bottle with lid, but will have to burp it to prevent explosion from CO2 buildup!; Funnel; Small mesh strainer
