We ship to the lower 48 states at the following rates:

• Flat Rate Shipping: All orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $150 or more (pre-tax and discounts).

  • Note: Free shipping applies only to the Contiguous United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories is calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. Flat rate and free shipping promotions do not apply to these regions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via live carrier rates.

• Live Rates: International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

• Taxes & Duties: The recipient is the importer of record. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. Budded Bloom LLC is not responsible for these additional charges or for delays caused by customs processing.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited options are available for all destinations and are calculated based on live carrier rates at checkout.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to pack and ship your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been handed off to the carrier.

Heat & Temperature Sensitivity

Our emulsified body butters are formulated for stability; however, extreme temperatures during transit (especially during Texas summers) can affect the product.

• Heat Exposure: We highly recommend retrieving your package from your porch or mailbox immediately upon delivery to minimize prolonged heat exposure.

• Liability: Budded Bloom LLC (DBA Cotyledon Clay) is not responsible for products that experience texture changes or separation due to heat exposure during or after transit.
