Service Description
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to troubleshoot challenges in your garden, a virtual consultation provides personalized guidance — all without me needing to step foot in your yard. Here’s how it works: 1.) Tell me about your garden. At booking, you’ll complete a short form sharing your goals, challenges, and specific questions. 2.) Request review. I’ll review your submission to determine if I’m the right fit to help you. Note: This is a service request; you will not be charged unless your request is approved. 3.) Preparation. If approved, I’ll review your information ahead of time so our session is focused, efficient, and tailored to your needs. 4.) Virtual meeting. During our consultation via Zoom, I’ll walk you through solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear recommendations. 5.) Leave with a plan. By the end of our session, you’ll have practical next steps and the confidence to move forward in your garden. You'll also receive an AI generated recap of our meeting for future reference.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a consultation with me, you are agreeing to the following booking and cancellation policy. Booking: All consultations must be scheduled in advance through my website. Bookings must be made at least 48 hrs in advance of your consultation, to allow me to review your intake form and prepare tailored recommendations to ensure we have a productive call. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with no penalty. Please reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Up to 3 reschedules are allowed for a single appointment. After 3 reschedules, the appointment will be considered a “no show”, cancelled, and 70% of the payment will be refunded, as time has already been dedicated to prepare for your consultation. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 70% refund, as time has already been dedicated to prepare for your consultation. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your consultation. Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late, to respect other clients’ appointments. My Commitment to You: If I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no cost.
